Objective: Enlivant is a nationally known assisted living community operator that has over 200 communities located throughout the United States. The assignment to MPI was to help promote attendance to senior related events, help fill the vacancies in the various communities while raising the overall brand awareness. MPI was given a 6-month test to show what we were capable of with a sample of 50 communities. 

Approach: After researching more than 240 rural markets throughout the country, it was apparent a customized approach to each market was needed due to variations in the audience. Through a mix of Print, Radio, Outdoor, Television and Digital media, MPI focused on niche opportunities utilizing hyper-local newspapers, senior focused publications and strategically placed outdoor advertisements, MPI was successful in creating customized campaigns for each community.

Results: After securing over $100,000 of added value in the form of no-charge radio commercials, digital impressions, upgraded print ad positioning and extended outdoor campaigns, MPI was awarded the media management for all 200 Enlivant communities across the country. Within the first year of MPI working with them, Enlivant saw its highest number of move-ins in the history of the company in March of 2019.
