Objective: Northwestern University launched a new graduate program in the School of Communication focused on communication in healthcare. MPI was tasked with assisting Northwestern in filling up their initial class of 15 students. Through a customized mix of media, MPI has proven to be a worthwhile long-term partner for Northwestern University
Approach: Working closely with the head of the Health Communication program, MPI developed a multi-platform synergistic approach utilizing a mix of media including high impact transit, and a customized digital marketing campaign to push enrollment, event attendance and overall brand awareness amongst prospective students.
Results: Northwestern University’s graduate Health Communication program exceeded their first year student goals by 33% in its first year and grew an additional 50% in its second year. MPI was successful in securing an additional 4 month extension to the transit campaign, a value of $48,000 at no additional cost. Through constant communication and optimization, MPI has been successful in assisting consistent year over year growth for the graduate program.
